As part of the inaugural art program called "Art In The Square", Rie was 1 of 5 artist selected to create temporary works to be exhibited in Washington Square Park in downtown Kansas City, MO. Rie's piece is titled "Tree Huggers" and can be viewed along with works by William Vannerson, Jake Balcom, Denise DiPaazzo, and Kati Toivanen from September 10th through December 21st.
